Scope

Ground-up construction of a purpose-built collision facility. Progress photos document the build sequence: land prep and dirtwork; foundations, footers, rebar, and slab; pre-engineered metal building delivery, framing, sheeting, roof, and insulation; office framing including mezzanine, finishes, and HVAC; specialty shop systems such as paint-booth / downdraft pits, lift pits, garage doors, fire protection / sprinkler, electrical panels, and sealed / striped shop floors; plus exterior concrete drives and parking, stone / EFIS porch work, fencing, landscaping, and signage.

Process

Tektra handled commercial general contracting for the project, coordinating the build from bare site through a finished, operable shop. The published gallery is organized around distinct construction phases so owners and peers can follow dirtwork, structure, specialty systems, and finish in order.

Outcome
